Hi, I'm Olenka.

I'm Olenka, the coach behind Kova Strength. I've been coaching strength, fitness, and powerlifting clients for over 4 years, from complete beginners to competitive lifters.

My background is in kinesiology, bodybuilding, and powerlifting, and I currently hold 6 national powerlifting records. Competing and coaching have taught me that training should do more than change how you look. It should make you feel stronger, more confident, and capable in everyday life.

My coaching style is individualized and realistic. I meet clients where they're at and build programs around their goals, lifestyle, training history, and recovery. Whether you want to compete, refine technique, build muscle, lose body fat, or just feel stronger, the focus is always long-term progress.

One of my biggest personal shifts was moving away from training only for aesthetics and learning to enjoy training for strength and performance. That mindset built a healthier relationship with the gym while still getting the physique results I wanted, and it's something I love helping clients experience too.
