These programs assume you can squat, bench and deadlift safely on your own with solid technique. If you're newer to lifting or still building confidence with the main lifts, please hold off on purchasing. I'm happy to review a couple of lifts over video, but anyone needing ongoing technique work or programming guidance will get far more out of online coaching instead.
