Some of my clients walked in with zero strength training experience and are now competing on the platform. Others came back to lifting after years away, or just wanted to feel strong again. Every plan is built around the person in front of me.

No two plans look the same.
I write every program from scratch based on where you're at - your training age, schedule, recovery, injury history, and what you actually want out of lifting. If something's not working, we change it. If you're peaking for a meet, we peak for the meet. If you're trying to fit lifting into a busy life, we build around that.

Met where you're at, taken further than you thought.
A handful of clients I work with started with zero strength training background. We built the basics, dialed in technique, and over time they've gone on to compete - and place. That's the part of the job I'm proudest of. You don't need to be 'ready' before we start. We get you ready together.

The little things matter.
Cranky hip in the bottom of your squat? Bench keeps stalling at the same weight? Lockout falling apart? We work the actual issue instead of just adding volume and hoping. Form review, accessory work, and small programming tweaks make the difference between grinding and progressing.
